Tempo Booking is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.
This policy applies to the Tempobooking app, the TempoManager app for venue owners, the venue dashboard (dashboard.tempobooking.nl) and tempobooking.nl.
Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, phone number, email address
- Profile Information: Profile picture (optional)
- Booking Information: Venue bookings, booking history
- Device Information: Device type, OS, unique identifiers
- Location Data: Approximate location for nearby venues
- SMS Verification: Phone number for authentication
Venue Owners (TempoManager and the Dashboard)
If you manage a venue, we also process:
- Owner Account: Name, phone number, email address
- Venue Information: Venue names, addresses, opening hours, pitch details, prices and blocked time slots
- Photos: Pitch photos you upload, which are shown publicly in the Tempobooking app
- Device Information: A push notification token, used to alert you about new booking requests
Player Data Shown to Venue Owners
When a player books a pitch, the venue owner sees the player's name, phone number and booking details in TempoManager and the dashboard, only to handle that booking. Venue owners may not use this data for any other purpose.

Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained while active
- Deleted accounts: Data deleted within 30 days
- Booking history: Retained for 2 years
