By using Tempo Booking, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Tempo Booking allows you to:

  • Browse sports venues and pitches in Suriname
  • Make bookings for sports facilities
  • Manage bookings and favorites
  • Receive notifications
  • Leave reviews for venues

3. User Accounts

  • Must provide accurate information
  • Must be at least 13 years old
  • Responsible for account security
  • Must verify phone number via SMS

4. Bookings and Payments

  • Payment Method: Cash at the venue
  • Payment Timing: Due at booking session
  • Pricing: Displayed in SRD per hour
  • No-Show Policy: May result in account suspension

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancel bookings through the App
  • Cancellation deadlines vary by venue (typically 24 hours)
  • Refunds handled directly with venue
  • We are not responsible for refund disputes

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false information
  • Use the App for illegal purposes
  • Harass other users or venue staff
  • Make fraudulent bookings
  • Post inappropriate reviews

7. Reviews and Content

  • Reviews must be honest and accurate
  • We may remove reviews that violate guidelines
  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us license to display your content

8. Disclaimers

  • Service provided "as is" without warranties
  • We may modify or discontinue features
  • Not responsible for venue quality or safety
  • Not liable for booking disputes

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Not liable for venue-related injuries or losses
  • Total liability limited to amount paid (if any)

10. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

11. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms at any time
  • Significant changes will be notified in-app
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Suriname.
